Life lets us thrive
Growing up in a down-to-earth background, life presented me with challenges early on in life. However, hurdles and setbacks never stopped me from trying out new things and going my own way - for example, I was the first woman in my extended family to successfully complete a university degree.
Life has taught me that it is worthwhile fighting for your goals like a lion - championing with passion for what's important. During my studies I financed a stay in England for several months with student jobs to help me develop professionally and linguistically. Always on the hunt for solutions, good ideas and a huge appetite for new things, I pursue my vocation: to discover potential. The basis for this is, to first of all find the underlying causes and to better understand what it's really all about. This is what challenges me in my work and constantly drives me forward.
Today I provide support to executives in medium-sized companies as a challenger and confidant in solving their recruitment problems in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world (VUCA world). I provide executives and their teams with the necessary backing in turbulent times of recruiting and give them my perspective from the outside-in, as well as the “big picture”.
